Xochimilco

Xochimilco comes from the Nahuatl language and means “Flower field place”

It is called “The Mexican Venice”.

It was declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage in 1987.

It is located southeast of Mexico City.

Cuauhtémoc requested help for Tenochtitlan’s defense.
